To lower the amount of energy and electricity you use in your home and
help reduce the cost of your electricity bills, there are a few simple things
you can do. The key is to focus on how and where you use electricity for
these items.
1. Instead of using a dishwasher to dry dishes, allow them to air dry.

not using them, such as computers, cell phone chargers, battery
chargers, Ect.
3. Use appliances that have the Energy Star label, which shows that they
reduce energy consumption.
4. Install motion detectors that allow the lights to turn on and off.
5. Avoid leaving the oven door open to long while you are cooking.
6. Use cold water in laundry, rather than hot.
7.Fix water faucets that leak water.
8. Install double pane windows to prevent energy loss on hot or cold days
